Quiting my job in 3 months

Hi, I am 1 yoe experience btech graduate from a tier 3 college. I recently joined a startup in PM role and its very toxic. The working hours are 12 hours long with sundays working and no employee benefits and policy. I want to leave this job but i cant because leaving job in 3 months will affect my resume. I want to stay in the product management role. Please suggest what will be beneficial for a good career path.
