Looking for Career Advice & Opportunities

I have a cousin based in a Tier 2 city in North India. He has completed his B.Com (Distance) and has been working in the loan department of a bank for the past 3 years, earning 9K per month. He’s looking for better career opportunities, ideally remote, in non-tech roles where his experience can be useful.
