Influencer Marketing Manager Role at abacus.ai

Hi everyone , Recently I have been offered the post of “Influencer Marketing Manager” at Abacus.ai. They are offering me a decent package but there is a catch that instead of regular salary slips they have asked me to generate monthly Invoices and then they will be paying me as per that invoice. Numbers and everything has been mutually decided but since this invoicing way of getting paid is very new to me I want to know does this ring any bells ? as in on the genuineness of the company ? It’s just very new to me so I am little skeptical so I just wanted your opinion on this. I think they are offering a contractual basis role and hence no pf deductions has been mentioned by them just the 10% TDS.
