Getting started with cybersecurity for a beginner

Hi, I am a student studying Computer Science through distance education, and I also work as a receptionist at a hospital. I want to transition into IT, so I’m planning to learn cybersecurity. Could you recommend some good laptops under 40-50k that would be suitable for cybersecurity? Also, I have a Udemy course on cybersecurity by Z Security titled "Learn Ethical Hacking from Scratch 2024." Is it a good course for beginners? Please provide me a roadmap for entry level job.
