Career Advice Needed

Hi, Currently in the United States working as an advisory associate at an RIA (was an investment analyst at the same firm before this). Did my undergraduate and masters here but I am now considering moving back for personal reasons. I am unsure of the landscape of investment advisory in India as I have never worked there or know anyone in that field. What is the market like? What can I expect comp to be with my experience (1 year + masters + most likely a year or 2 from now before I make the move), online sources had a wide range. Also going to complete CFA III this year. any insight would help.
