Urgent advice needed on rheumatoid arthritis

My mama is 54 years old and lives in hazaribagh (jharkhand) is having rheumatoid arthritis (RA) for almost 10+ yrs now. For the past years it has become very serious. He is also a diabetic patient. He has tried multiple doctors. Five months back they consulted doctors from CMC vellore. Initially the body showed some improvement but after 2 months later the pain started again more severe. And now the pain has become very critical. Can someone please suggest some good doctors for RA treatment?
