Help Needed: Online Ration Card Mustering for Jharkhand?

Hello everyone, One of my employees is from Jharkhand but is currently in Kerala. The deadline for his ration card mustering is approaching, and we’re trying to figure out if there’s any way to complete the process without him traveling back to Jharkhand. Does Jharkhand support online mustering for ration cards? I couldn’t find any clear information through regular web searches. Any guidance or information would be greatly appreciated.
