Wasted my 11th

Hello all, I am a 12th-grade student preparing for JEE, but I wasted my 11th grade. Now I am under a lot of stress as I have complete 11th-grade backlogs along with my 12th-grade syllabus. My situation is like this: I have coaching from morning to 2 PM. I can study for about 7-8 hours a day. My weak subject is Physics. I am not able to do multiple tasks in a single day. I need a structured plan to balance 12th-grade studies with backlog completion. I want to qualify for JEE Advanced with a good rank, so I need serious advice on how to: Manage my daily study schedule effectively Prioritize topics from 11th grade Strengthen my problem-solving skills in Physics Stay consistent without burnout If anyone has been in a similar situation or knows an efficient way to recover from backlogs, I’d really appreciate your guidance.
