Those who scored 90+ile in Chem, I Need Help regarding chemistry for April attempt!!

https://preview.redd.it/81zvr59p85je1.png?width=445&format=png&auto=webp&s=3dac9b76c6be42bf96423d1a9f38c24804fc551b TLDR: Mera chem bohot weak hai, need advice for what to do to atleast get 40 marks.(Most preferably jisme exam time solve karne me time kam lage(<20 min)) Mera Maths and Physics Prep thik chal raha with aim of 70+ in each, but Chem starting se hi weak raha hai, QFTs and AYJR me avg marks 15 aa rahe the with min of 8 marks. Jan attempt me 11 bas aa raha hai. And as mujhe time zyada lagta hai Phy and Maths me, I cant afford more than 20 mins for chem, so just need the EASY & IMPORTANT CHAPTERS which can fetch me 12-13 Qs in exam, so that I can get 40+ even if i make a mistake in 1 or 2 Q. Ratne ka kaam mere se nahi hota but I have no other option left :\_) Also, please suggest some teachers for Chem, most preferably jo straight forward ho(unlike most of the "Top" PW teachers). And One More thing, I am from CISCE board, so never used NCERT before, so exam ke 50 days pehle book purchase karna worth it rahega, ya fir should I stick to PYQs solving and notes of YT teachers?
