What sould be Our MINDSET while preparing for JEE

I am a 2026 JEE aspirant and I waste my most of the time on Yt shorts and other social media platforms and at the end of the day I feel very bad for not studying upto my mark. I seriously want to study and and get into the IIT but I don't know why I always waste my time in doomscrolling social media apps and that's why, I request you to please give me a strong MINDSET which is helping/helped you to crack JEE Thank You in advance🙏🏻
