Suggestions needed for study

Hello , my younger brother is soon going to start 11th and will be attempting JEE in 2 years ...as a older brother I want to motivate him to be better and study well , he's good scorer and above average and what I believe is hard work is what matters . I want help on how should I encourage him from getting distracted and help focus in focus Idc about results From my side i won't ever want to put peer pressure on him as I myself have gone through that phase , not a topper but ik how tough and depressing it can get I need help for proper guidance from students who gave exam recently or are studying currently for 2026 jee or any other Just want what best for my brother without being toxic for him . Any help will be appreciated, thankyou
