Stability Order Explain Krdo

Can someone please help me to understand the stability order of the compounds ? In 7th- i have understood the stabilty of CC+ or CC- , but here it's negative charge on Oxyen, so the Fluorine will behave same and show -I effect ? 8th - didn't undersood 10th - similar doubt like 7th and same w the next questions
