Please give me some advice to increase my score to 97 or above...

So I have 91 marks in 29 S2 and this is what I got , I really wanted to score 97+ percentile and wanted to improve My individual subject scores are: P: 49 C: 33 M:9 Total : 91marks I basically know all the basic concepts of all the chapters as I'm partial dropper so , I just wanted to improve my accuracy and do the chapters which are really helpful as per trend of January attempt.. So , please guide me to improve so that I can cope up , and go into my dream institute (IIIT D) Your Guidance appreciated . .
