Is JEE Comeback Really Possible ???

For those scoring less than 50 ( including me ) is there any hope of a comeback ? ( comeback = atleast cutoff clear ) matlab agar abhi 2 mahine acche se padkar maybe 140-160 nahi laya jaa sakta ? Kya BITSAT ke 2nd session me 290+ nahi laya jaa sakta ? Or is it only possible through cheating ? Coz yaar abhi to 50- aa rhe par agar 2 mahine acche se pad bhi liya aur acche aa bhi gye to log to cheater hi kahenge 🙃 . Any seniors to guide pls 🙏🙏
