Is a fat person able to score well in physical education practical/ fitness test?

So guys me ek mota bacha ho jo kuch jyada hi mota hai, tuh as boards practical are coming near I'm afraid that I might ache bad in the fitness test of PE as I'm barely able to do 4-5 push-ups and run slowly than others. Therefore I'm asking ki mote logo ko pe ke practical me marks mil jate hai kya? I've completed the practical file and viva bhi kar hi lunga.
