If your silly mistakes are <20 please help

My silly mistakes ( including calculative ) have been stuck at 20-30 range for the past week( especially near the end), I have made a mistakes copy in which I write them down but that doesn't seem to help much .It is really frustrating when I could have gotten 99.8 percentilish but stuck at 99.3-5.
