I got very very low marks now what should I do

I got only 11.6 percentile in Jee Mains 28 jan shift 1 everyone is sad my family and my friends and I fucked this up because for last 2 years I was studying in aakash but I didn't understood what they were teaching at all (except organic chem) I didn't knew much before exam so I wanted some advice what should I do next, should I take a drop (I have a feeling that I can score good next year if I give my 200%) or just get into a private college (I am from a poor family so they can't afford private college but they will somehow pay for it like getting a loan pls help) (also just wanted to clarify that it's not because I am not able to grasp what the faculty was teaching it's more like they were not able to reach well and I always found videos from yt easy to understand but when I asked my parents to get pw they just asked me that wasn't 2.5 lakhs enough and also it wasn't like I didn't study at all it was just that I wasn't able to solve questions because of difficulty so please help a guy out)
