How to deal with loneliness and prevent myself from zoning out?
I am a 26tard Dummy + Online student and my preparation was going quite well until a few weeks ago. Lately I've been struggling to properly concentrate on my studies. Its not that I don't like studying rather I'd say I actually enjoy it. However, a lot has happened in the past and in these recent months which I think have affected me. I sit down to study but end up zoning out, staring at the wall. After a while, I realise what's happening and often cry for a bit. This whole process takes away 1-2 hours of my day. My parents aren't very supportive either and the environment here is quite toxic too. Feels like I'm in a hostel. I don't even have anyone to talk to as I don't have any offline friends. I've got some online friends but I don't really fit in and all of them have their friends offline and they seem busy in their own lives, so yeah. I feel uneasy throughout the day and don't even feel like watching anything online or going outside. I am stucked in this loop and don't know how to get out of it.
