How to crack any top old iit in 12 months?

so im in class 11 with a regular school so how can i start from zero to advance level so that my syllabus gets completed till october for getting an old iit and is lakshya 1.0 enough for jee advance? and which teachers to follow to cover class 11 side by side to 12? pls suggest
