How to be confident during mock tests (help)

I have not given a lot of mocks only 2 score is 16 then 71 i know not good but i seem to lack confidence ans options mai hai tb bhi second guess which leads to rechecking easiest questions and i spend too much time jan attempt acha nahi jayega wo to accept kr chuka hu but how to build confidence ki jo kr rha hu atleast wo dhang se kr pau
