Wtf is wrong with jaipur cafes?

Tonight I went to OTH with my 3 other friend, we ordered some food and decided to play UNO. Suddenly the waiter came and told us that we can't play it and when we asked for a reason, he said that the owner doesn't allow it, and they also don't know the reason.I found it very rude and offensive, that we weren't even worthy to know the reason. From now on I have decided not to go to OTH and it's other subsideries. I used to love cafes as they were chill places to hang out, but they are increasingly becoming like night clubs where staff is getting ruder. I don't why it's becoming like this.
