Why the dating scene in jaipur so dull?

I'm relatively new to this city so I installed hinge to see what's the dating scene here and was i not disappointed. Went through mere 50 profiles and it says I've seen everyone in the area. Neither did I get enough likes considering people say I look good enough (profile is on my posts) How do you all date in jaipur and meet people? (Bumble was mid too)
