Plots for sale in Bgated societyad Ke Balaji- Posting on behalf of a friend

Hi guys, I have received multiple comments on a few posts where I told people about my investment. My cousin and a dear friend actually work for a group and I invested with them in two plots in the last two years. While I was skeptical when I bought a land in Bindaika area, the appreciation since november 2023 to date is 50%+ so I invested in their another society which I found much better at Bad Ke Balaji near Ajmer Road. Just to help them out and for the sake of so many redditors who have reached to me, I am making this post with information I can share. I purchased around 240 gaz at 27900 per gaz, nearby societies like Vrindavan Greens and Samsara were priced at 44950 and 37900 and so this investment looked pretty good to me. It also has better amenities and is a bigger project. It has a clubhouse with swimming pool, gym, dancing room, banquet hall, a few rooms for guests, 4 parks including one with a skating arena etc. I guess around 60-65% is sold out and they're planning to increase the rate by 2000 Rs per gaz. I was also able to procure 70% loan from LIC housing finance with their help at a better rate than the banks, 8.85%.
