Planning to open a multi-brand clothes (discounted) store in Jaipur - is it a good idea?

Popular brands like LP, Arrow, Vanhuesen, Levis, Pepe, etc. Originals and not first copy. A multibrand store with discounts of at least 50% all the way till 70%. Just like we see on amazon and myntra. But I see that people either buy cheaper apparels online or they buy fresh at single brand stores (branded clothes). Do you think this will work? I can do the same for footwear as well. I can source the goods but don't have hands on experience of opening a store and managing it. So asking this
