Need recommendations for AirBnB/ Homestay

I'm planning to visit Jaipur from 20 to 25 Jan. Need recommendations for AirBnB. I'll be visiting with my wife and 2 kids. Place should have parking, and preferably on Ground/First floor. If floors above first it must have lift. Need suggestions for places you guys know and what would be expected prices as I am visiting during weekdays?
