Need help for stray dogs in my street who feel cold.

Hi, I have two stray dogs in my street, It's cold and I need to give them a jute bag or something else. Are there any NGOs working in this regard? I saw a video of a gentleman from Chandigarh who makes round boxes for dogs to sleep. The box also has a mattress where dogs can sleep peacefully.
