Good Societies in Jaipur for a couple?

I am moving to Jaipur with my wife and renting out a flat soon. 2/3 BHK would work. I want to rent around Mansarovar area, can anyone suggest good societies, please? Also, how do you usually look for properties, is it through a broker mostly? Budget is around 40,000.
