First time in Jaipur/Rajasthan. Looking for recommendations.

This will be my first time visiting Rajasthan, and I'll be in Jaipur for five days. I'm looking for must visit sights and authentic Rajasthani cuisine/snacks in Jaipur. Local/Fancy Cheap/Expensive anything will do.
