Aari Tari staff misbehaving with my relatives.

Hello all, As stated in the title, my maasi ji visited Jaipur from Faridabad for some wedding shopping for her daughter's wedding. They bought a few dresses from Aari Tari, Johri Bazar. They noticed some issues with the articles upon delivery and wanted to talk to the store manager. But the staff started misbehaving with them on the call. I don't want them to regret having done their wedding shopping from Jaipur. So, if any of you have the contact information for the owners of the store, please let me know. They just want to talk to someone and resolve the issues. Thanks all.
