Recommendation for property buyout in Jaipur

Hi All, I am a 30-year-old married individual, currently working in Gurgaon. We are a family of four and plan to settle in Jaipur within the next 5-8 years after my father's retirement. My wife and I intend to continue working from metro cities until we have the option to work from home. Last week, I contacted the VRB Group of Companies regarding some plots in Jaipur. They showed me a plot near Neota, Jaipur, at a reasonable price. However, the company will manage the area for the first five years, after which the responsibility will be handed over to a society group for further maintenance. 1. My concern is about transferring maintenance responsibilities to the society group, as some members may not contribute financially for repairs and upkeep. Is this a common practice in Jaipur, where society groups handle repair and maintenance? 2. Are there any setups, societies, or sectors in Jaipur where the government takes care of repair and maintenance at regular intervals, similar to the system in Haryana? 3. Suggest some areas which can develop in next 5-8 years.
