JVVNL is looting Common Rajasthani People

My latest bill is 3881 /- and on average its 3000 /- The actual consumption is only 2881/- and they are charging 1000/- as different taxes majorly Fixed charge, Fuel charge - 375/- ( 10% ) of total bill I feel this is day light loot from users also they are charging 70 rs user development charges not sure why as i am not getting any benefit like sewer or road cleaning , Road in my area has been destroyed from 2years I am not sure why we are paying these taxes just for the people who are getting benefited from free electricity yojana
