Jaipur itinerary for Solo travel

I am on year off from tomorrow, I want to visit jaipur quickly before Christmas. I was thinking 20th I can be there stay for the night and leave on 21st night - thinking of booking a dorm room for the night. I am foodie non vegetarian but want to eat authentic Rajasthani street food. Please suggest a solo trip itinerary, good places to eat and worth it places to visit . Give me tips and tricks, how to avoid scams how to be safe a solo girl travller. I want to do a cheap trip. Please please please.
