Is Bhujia Banned in Jaipur!?!?

Recently got back here in Jaipur after 15+ years and notices no shopkeeper nearby is selling haldiram bhujia nor blinkit is delivering, asked one of the shopkeeper he said "yaha haldiram banned hai" is this so ? Or there is some other reason or something I'm missing out.
