How to travel to places today ?

Hello Jaipur, We r a group of 4 friends planning to visit Nahargarh, Amber and Jaigarh fort. But cabs and autowalas are denying because of the traffic, the route is jammed. Can you guys please suggest how we can visit there. Any bike renting service if you guys know ?
