How do we clean up the city of Jaipur?

A few days ago, I took a stroll down by the prime tourist areas of Hawa Mahal, etc. Now, one would imagine that since these areas are thronged by visitors, they'd be cleaner than other areas. But one would be mistaken! This is Jaipur, after all. Attached below are some pics (most from around the Hawa Mahal area, but some others from around the city too got included). My appeal to the young readers is: instead of just complaining, let's do something about it!
