Guys please tell me is this cat scratch??

I was feeding a stray cat and while feeding cat reacted fast and touched my finger tips I've no recall of anything scratching at that time it was two days ago. I'm noticing this scratch from yesterday I'm worried if this it cat scratch i must get a vaccination shots !!
