Feeling like ending my life ! Need good friends to hangout

Recently ! Having a tough time in buisness! Can’t get out returns ! I am 23 years ! Have worked 2-3 years abroad and started my own venture But it ended up not doing so great ! Some nights feel like i can’t even breathe Some night I wake up crying Some nights it is all together super difficult to go to bed only Feeling stuck ! feels like no one’s here ! And deep down i know it’s all just a phase But can’t wait to succeed also It’s all a mental battle
