Any recommendations for good doctor for psoriasis treatment

I have psoriasis for 10 years approx, and i have tried many doctors. Sometimes it get better and then new scars comes after some time. So can anyone share any recommendation of any doctor you have tried. Open to all allopathic, ayurvedic, homeopathic, etc etc Thanks in advance
