He is giving R.G.kar case like Rape threats. Can we do something?

(Posting behalf of U/BindassJudgeKaro) I have some info about this guy(i.e name, email Id, college name, place and college principals email) and u have provided above. I threaten him to file fir against him for giving rpe threats so he changed his @Shivakumar-dk6ph id to something else. I didn't file for FIR as I have to involve my parents since i'm minor. I'm scared to involve my parents. In one of his videos from his old account, he replied to someone mentioning that he studies there (though I don't have a screenshot of it). I don't know his current account's name unfortunately.
