PR for her wedding?

Firstly, really happy for her but from last 1 week...random paparazzi or non paparazzi pages are posting about her wedding like wedding bells & all (its not like she posted anything unless today as i checked now)...I don't follow her still my feed was kind of flooded with these..is it some kind of pr for a literal wedding?? If yes then who does pr for wedding!!??
