How legit is a Dermatologist that recommends gummy bears for hair fall?

In frame: skin_by_dr.shivangi I came across this “doctor influencer” who posted this reel about how these gummy bears are great for tackling hair fall. I have spoken to my own dermatologist about hair fall in the past and she explicitly said gummy bears and such are just gimmicks and do not help at all. Has anyone come across this doctor in the past? Is she otherwise reliable? Personally I find it disappointing to see dermatologists recommend useless products to their followers just to earn some money.
