Delhi people - do you ask your election officers to not ruin your manicure?

Every election, I see these voting pictures with the cutest, most dainty ink marks, like a lil’ freckle of democracy. 😂 For us in the South, the election officer looks you in the eye before dunking your entire finger like it’s a churro in chocolate sauce. not kidding.
