where can I purchase bike cover from? will it save my vehicle seats from dogs nails?

I want 3 bike coves, one for Apache, one for Jupiter & one for aviator. where can I buy them from? are they universal or does it matter which vehicle I have to cover? my dog like sitting on these vehicles and he ruins/tears seat cover. so will vehicle save it from it? or do you have any other suggestion ?
