Will Indore ever get good jobs?

I was born and raised in Indore and have been living out for a few years now. Ever since I was in school i kept hearing “Indore agla pune hai” and “Ab toh sara growth yahi hoga” But after almost 10 years itna growth dikh nhi rha, i know TCS and infosys kai office hai but realistically how many people work there (i am genuinely asking since i keep hearing different things). Uske alawa there has not been any push to bring in any major companies, specially in the finance sector So will Indore ever get these good jobs?
