Suggestion for New Year Evening NYE party?

My budget is 1500 Rs (no alcohol) Female stag. What I am looking for is food and DJ. I want to have fun and be safe. I don't drink. Something within Indore not in the outskirts so I can get home at a reasonable hour safely. I have shortlisted two events, can you guys suggest me if these places for new year eve are any good: 1. Omega Land Indore at Empire city market organised by B3 2. Tic tac toe Bistro scheme no. 54 or please I suggest something else?
