Open cremation grounds for public viewing near Indore

Hi All, Are there any places of cremation ground near Indore where anyone is allowed to watch the cremation on weekends? If so, do recommended such places nearby where i can rent apartment. FYI: I am part-time software engineer, living now in Varanasi but it feels too touristic here and considering Indore to move. Few of my friends suggested to check Omkareshwar specifically for the cremation ground reason.
