Need help this valentine's week!!

So basically my long distance lives in indore and i am from Jodhpur (Rajasthan). I need help to make this valentine's week count a good one for her atleast make her smile once, as per we are having hard time communicating and i am kinda sad that i couldn't give her enough time. I need help with how i can deliver gifts to her cause she lives with her mother and I can't do home delivery straight, if anyone can provide suggestions or help me deliver gifts, it would be a great help for me.
