Need help related to my PC

Hello, I recently put a 1 tb ssd in my pc, it had only 1 storage i.e the ssd There is a 2gb graphic card Recently, when ever i try to copy some data in my system from any hard disk after 10-15 gb my PC gets crashed with :-( right and a blue screen. Then i have to go to bios and select my ssd as boot drive and then it starts again. When i opened my PC while copying or running softwares , the ssd and Graphic card heat like hell and the system crashes again. What to do? I can not currently get a new system made.. need to work with this only..
