Need a restaurant to take my parents out for dinner

Hello folks. I am looking for a restaurant to take my parents out for dinner. It's my father's birthday. I am looking for a calm outdoor place and not loud. Budget is not much of a constraint. It would a huuuge plus if they could do some small decoration or cake. I can plan it as a surprise :) The last time I took them to Fagun. It was pretty good. Thank you!!
