Made objectively the best poha
The secret to making good poha is to keep it simple but well proportioned. The only ingredients you put in the poha are: 1. Chopped onion 2. Laung Sev, the spicy one. Personally in this I mixed three types of Sev 3. Small amount of chopped green chillies and some use kadi patta which i personally don't like. 4. Squeezed lemon juice and then jeeravan sprinkled. Then finally hara dhaniya to garnish With jalebi on the side, the best jalebi are the thin and crispy ones not the fat ones. And that's it. Adding anything else is unnecessary. Things you absolutely never put in: potatoes, peas, peanuts, tomatoes. Bhai sabji nahi banani hai. Adding these vegetables or any others ruins the taste of poha4
